DeFi protocol Loopscale has managed to recover nearly half of the $5.7 million stolen in a recent exploit, retrieving around $2.88 million worth of Wrapped SOL through negotiations with the attacker.
At 3:52PM ET today, we received a response from the exploiter. They have indicated a willingness to return the exploited funds in exchange for a bounty.
We appreciate their engagement so far and we are actively working to reach an amicable resolution.

The exploit occurred when the RateX PT token pricing mechanism was manipulated, draining funds from its USDC and SOL vaults.
Our pursuit of an amicable resolution regarding Saturday's incident continues to make progress. As an update to our users:
• At 2:19AM ET this morning, ~10,000 WSOL (~$1.48M) was returned to a Loopscale wallet.
• At 3:14PM ET this afternoon, another 4,463 (~$660K) WSOL was— Loopscale (@LoopscaleLabs)

The team offered the exploiter a 10% bounty and no legal liability in exchange for 90% of the stolen funds.
The hacker responded positively, initiating the return of funds in stages.

In a statement on X, Dalio criticized the US for its growing debt, diminishing manufacturing dominance, and reliance on foreign trade, which he sees as increasingly unstable.

Larsen claimed the move violated trust and was made without consultation, prompting Sky Mavis to sever professional ties with the game’s developers.

We understand this came as a surprise to the community and have heard your feedback.
Rather than removing Ragmon assets from the Ronin marketplace we will remove their checkmark, making it clear that this is not a Sky Mavis endorsed/related game any longer.

Initially, he announced RMW assets would be removed from Ronin Market, later clarifying they would remain but without official endorsement.

RMW denied the allegations, insisting it upheld all contractual obligations and called the fallout a “unilateral interpretation.”
