Tron founder Justin Sun stunned the art and crypto worlds by purchasing a banana duct-taped to a wall for $6.2 million at a Sotheby’s auction—and he plans to eat it.

The artwork, Comedian by Maurizio Cattelan, symbolizes the intersection of art, memes, and digital culture.

Sun outbid fierce competition, elevating the piece from its $1 million estimate to a new level of cultural spectacle.

The $6 million price tag covers a certificate of authenticity and detailed instructions to replace the banana and duct tape as needed.

Scammer: “We Make $35K in Two Days” [Source]

A brazen Coinbase scammer revealed to Casa CEO Nick Neuman that they earn five-figure weekly profits targeting crypto executives, CFOs, and engineers.

In a candid conversation shared on X, the scammer explained their methods: phishing calls backed by leaked databases, malicious links, and sophisticated auto-doxxing tools.

The scammer claimed access to data from Unchained Capital and a focus on high-net-worth individuals with at least $50,000 in crypto.

Their tactics include spoofed Coinbase emails, non-KYC exchanges, Tornado Cash for laundering, and Monero for obfuscation.

“Crypto is the Wild Wild West,” the scammer said, underscoring the vulnerabilities in the ecosystem.

 📈Technical Analysis Masterclass:

Bitcoin’s Current Momentum

  • Approaching Key Levels: Bitcoin’s trajectory toward $95,000 signals strong momentum, with $100,000 becoming a realistic target.

  • Potential Retracement: Despite the bullish outlook, markets are unpredictable, and a short-term pullback could occur.

Altcoin Dynamics

  • Bitcoin Dominance: During Bitcoin rallies, liquidity and attention often shift away from altcoins.

  • Profit Flow: Historically, when Bitcoin reaches key psychological levels like $95,000 or $100,000, traders take profits, which often flow into altcoins, sparking their rallies.

Strategic Approach

  • Profit-Taking Plan: Gradually take profits as Bitcoin approaches $95,000. This minimizes the risk of missing further upside while securing gains.

  • Altcoin Reinvestment: Redirect some profits into altcoins, as they may rally once Bitcoin stabilizes or retraces.

Why Focus on Altcoins?

  • Market Patterns: Altcoins often lag during Bitcoin rallies but catch up once BTC stabilizes.

  • Signs of Accumulation: Altcoins' current underperformance suggests potential quiet accumulation or readiness for a move.

💡 Feature of the Day:

Apple Critical macOS Exploit [Source][Source][Source]

Apple has rushed out a patch addressing two zero-day vulnerabilities actively exploited in Intel-based Mac computers.

The flaws, CVE-2024-44308 and CVE-2024-44309, allowed hackers to execute malicious code and carry out cross-site scripting attacks through WebKit, Apple’s browser engine.

Binance founder Changpeng “CZ” Zhao urged Mac users to update their systems immediately, emphasizing the risk of exposure.
