Yuga Labs has transferred the intellectual property rights of the iconic CryptoPunks NFT collection to the Infinite Node Foundation, a nonprofit dedicated to preserving digital art.

The acquisition, coupled with a $25 million endowment, positions NODE as one of the most well-funded digital art nonprofits in the U.S.

The advisory board for CryptoPunks will include its original creators and a Yuga Labs representative.
