Bitwise, a crypto-focused asset manager, has registered an XRP exchange-traded fund (ETF) trust in Delaware. The registration, confirmed on September 30, lists CSC Delaware Trust Company as the registered agent, located in Wilmington, Delaware.
Although this registration is a step toward launching an XRP ETF, it does not guarantee an immediate filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), which could take months.

The idea of an XRP ETF has been circulating for months, especially after a false filing for a "BlackRock iShares XRP Trust" caused a price surge in November 2023.
Binance, the world’s largest crypto exchange, is now fully operational in Argentina after securing registration with the country’s National Securities Commission (CNV) as a virtual asset service provider (VASP).
This marks Binance’s 20th regulatory registration globally, following approvals in countries like Kazakhstan, India, and Indonesia. The exchange’s full suite of services, including its mobile app and website, is now available to Argentine users.

However, Zhao is prohibited from managing or operating the exchange, with current CEO Richard Teng stating that Zhao received a lifetime ban from doing so.
Indonesian NFT Stamps [Source]
Indonesia’s state-owned postal service, Pos Indonesia, has introduced its first-ever postage stamp with a non-fungible token (NFT) counterpart.
The NFT stamp, named "Cenderawasih," features the "bird of paradise" and comes with both a physical and digital version.

The stamps are available as part of a booklet, blending traditional postal services with modern blockchain technology.

The introduction of NFT stamps comes at a time when interest in digital collectibles has declined, with September marking the lowest monthly sales volume for NFTs since January 2021.
