The U.S. House narrowly passed a key procedural vote (217-212) after a record 9.5-hour standoff, clearing the way for final votes on three major crypto bills: the GENIUS Act, CLARITY Act, and Anti-CBDC Surveillance State Act.

The breakthrough came after Trump reportedly called in to help broker a deal, which included attaching the Anti-CBDC bill to the must-pass National Defense Authorization Act, appeasing conservative concerns.

House Majority Whip Tom Emmer emphasized it protects financial privacy against surveillance-style digital currencies.

Final votes are imminent, with the GENIUS Act likely to be the first major crypto legislation signed into law.

However, not all Republicans agreed—Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene called it the “mark of the beast,” refusing to support it.

$PUMP Holders Exit [Source][Source]

Almost 60% of PUMP token presale buyers have already sold or moved their holdings to centralized exchanges, according to BitMEX.

Of the 10,145 presale wallets, 6,042 transferred or sold, while only 3% increased their stake.

The token peaked at $0.006812 before dropping nearly 19%, but analysts say it still outperformed expectations given its large initial float.

Jarett Dunn, a former Pump.fun developer, is in a London prison for breaching bail after pleading guilty to stealing $2M from the platform.

He attempted to withdraw his guilty plea, causing his legal team to quit.

Dunn's supporters dubbed him a “crypto Robin Hood” for attacking a platform they saw as exploitative, but his actions harmed everyday users and sparked controversy.

Dunn remains jailed, occasionally posting updates via a friend, and may now accept his sentence to “earn a couple degrees” behind bars.
