📰 News Highlights:
Gemini CEO Tyler Winklevoss declared that the exchange will not hire MIT graduates as long as the university retains former SEC Chair Gary Gensler as a professor.
As long as @MIT has any association with Gary Gensler, @Gemini will not hire any graduates from this school. Not even interns for our summer intern program.

This decision stems from Gemini’s long-standing feud with the SEC, particularly regarding its $21 million settlement over unregistered securities.
Every crypto company should boycott MIT grads until Gary is fired. What a way to ruin the reputation of such an illustrious institution!
We can use peace and our own market discretion where Gary used coercion and extortion.

Winklevoss claims that Gensler’s regulatory actions have severely harmed the crypto industry, prompting calls for a broader boycott of MIT-affiliated hires.
I'll take them.
Don't see a reason to punish students.

However, some industry figures argue that punishing students for the university’s choices is excessive.
Shame on @MIT and @MITSloan. However, I prefer not penalizing MIT students (which may also be costly to @Gemini). A better strategy may be to boycott any student who enrolls in Gensler's class (with proper advertisement of the stance). If no one takes his class, MIT may fire him.

While some industry leaders support Gemini’s move, others believe targeting Gensler’s specific students would be a more strategic approach.
