The bankrupt exchange claims Alameda Research paid $1 million in early 2022 for 75 million AGI tokens but never received the full allotment.
(2/3) FTX filed two complaints against token issuers NFT Stars Ltd. and KUROSEMI INC. (d/b/a Delysium) for failing to provide FTX with contractually-entitled tokens. The litigation follows numerous unanswered attempts to engage with and seek a resolution without litigation.

The same goes for NFT Stars, which allegedly failed to deliver large portions of its SENATE and SIDUS token deals, valued at hundreds of thousands of dollars.
(3/3) FTX is in the process of contacting numerous other token and coin issuers regarding FTX assets and will be filing additional suits against non-responsive parties. FTX urges these parties to respond timely to avoid litigation. Read more:

Trump Eyes Crypto [Source]
Trump Media is exploring the launch of a crypto token and wallet to be used on its Truth+ streaming platform, initially for subscription payments.

The token would also support rewards across Trump Media’s ecosystem, including Truth Social and Truth.Fi.

CEO Devin Nunes announced the initiative in an April 29 letter to shareholders, noting its future expansion into other services.
Trump Media has filed trademarks and formed partnerships with Crypto.com and Yorkville to support crypto ETFs.

Scammers are sending physical letters to Ledger wallet owners, impersonating the hardware wallet company and requesting their seed phrases.

These fraudulent letters claim to be part of a “critical security update” and contain QR codes leading users to phishing websites that ask for private recovery phrases.

Ledger confirmed the letters are fake and warned users never to share their 24-word recovery phrase.
