📰 News Highlights:

Wiz Khalifa Hacked and Promoted Memecoin [Source][Source][Source]

Wiz Khalifa’s X account, with a massive following of 35.7 million, was hacked on November 3, and used to promote a sham memecoin called “WIZ.”

The post falsely claimed Khalifa had collaborated with his team to launch the token, drawing significant interest that briefly pushed WIZ’s valuation to $3.4 million.

However, the coin’s market cap plummeted to under $28,000 within an hour as early holders offloaded their positions, with current valuations sitting at just $8,400.

Blockchain analyst ZachXBT linked the attack to a known hacker who recently hijacked Truth Terminal developer Andy Ayrey’s account to promote similar scams.

Khalifa's account has not yet confirmed its recovery from the hack, and the fraudulent WIZ token promotions have been removed.

Online Casino MetaWin Exploit [Source][Source]

MetaWin, an online casino platform, was hit by a $4 million hack on November 3, becoming the latest victim in a series of crypto-related exploits.

CEO Skel reported that the attacker breached MetaWin’s hot wallets through the platform’s withdrawal system, leading to a temporary suspension of all withdrawals.

As of now, 95% of withdrawals have been reinstated. Blockchain sleuth ZackXBT tracked the stolen funds, noting they were funneled to exchanges KuCoin and HitBTC, with more than 115 associated addresses identified.

Binance Token Listing FUD [Source][Source][Source]

Binance co-founder Yi He has spoken out to clarify the exchange’s asset listing policies following claims that Binance demanded 15% of an unnamed project's total token supply for a listing.

Yi He denied the allegations, emphasizing that Binance’s policy, in place since 2018, is transparent: listing fees are considered “donations” and are fully allocated to charity.

She reiterated that Binance does not charge a fixed amount or demand a percentage of token supply.

The controversy sparked a broader debate on social media, with figures like Sonic co-founder Andre Cronje accusing other centralized exchanges, such as Coinbase, of similar practices.

💡 Feature of the Day:

Off The Grid Trump-Harris Skins [Source][Source][Source]

Off The Grid, a third-person battle royale game, has stirred controversy with its “Save Democracy Content Pack” featuring characters resembling U.S. presidential candidates Donald Trump and Kamala Harris.

The skins incorporate voice lines that reference each candidate's real-world policies, with the Trump-like character mocking international manufacturing and the Harris-inspired figure calling for taxing the wealthy.

The content pack has been described as “insane” and “wild” by gamers, generating mixed reactions online.
